George Barnhart studio craft throne chair, late 20th/early 21st century, American, Western Pennsylvania. High scalloped gothic arch back throne chair with diamond form inlay at seat, constructed from several types of hardwoods. Apparently unmarked. 56.75 x 19.25 x 19 inches. Provenance: Collection of ceramicist Edward S. Eberle (American, 1944-2023).
Condition Report: In overall good condition, apart from some finish loss and wear at the lower chair back and rear legs. Slight separations at seat not affecting functionality. Rear with scratched areas. Chip, dents, and scrape at seat front. Merchandise will be packed and transported by the purchaser at their own risk and expense.
