There is a significant concentration of surface dirt and grime the width of the frame's rabbet along the edges; an isolated vertical surface crack aprroximately 1/4 inch in length at the upper edge toward the upper right corner; otherwise this work appears to be in overall basic good and stable condition.
Framed: 25 1/2 x 29 1/2 inches.
