Condition:
Sheet minimally wavy due to the creation process. Minimal creases. Pin holes in the corners and margin areas. Slight colour accretion in the lower corners. Smaller paper tear (ca. 1,5cm) at the lower right edge. Verso slight bleeding through of the oil paint. Otherwise the work is in good condition.
Enclosed with this lot is a confirmation by Mr. Dr. Ralph Jentsch, Berlin, from 10th March 2024. The work will be included in the catalogue raisonné of works on paper that is currently being prepared.
Verso there is another depiction of a sitting nude in interior scene.
