Signed and inscribed in green pen on outside border: "George Bush/ May your life be full of Grand Slam Homers!!". The candid image depicts Bush (left), Bill White (right), and Canadian Prime Minister, Brian Mulroney (middle) together at the 1991 All-Star Game held in Toronto. Featuring "Official White House Photograph" caption on verso. Exhibits scattered soiling and handling marks to outside margin, not effecting signature or text. Near fine.

William DeKova White is an former professional first baseman. He played in Major League Baseball for the New York/San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, and Philadelphia Phillies. In 1989, White was elected President of the National League to replace Bart Giamatti, who succeeded Peter Ueberroth as Commissioner. White served as NL president until he retired in 1994.
