George III mahogany corner cabinetlate 18th centuryWith glazed upper doors enclosing a shelved interior, a medial drawer, and two paneled doors, on bracket feet.H: 84 1/2 in. W: 19 in. L: 44 in.PROVENANCE:Estate of Heidi Bingham Stott
Condition Report: probably refinished, but great surface throughout; very top wood section of cornice molding on top section is replaced; minor occasional age splits to veneer commensurate with age; a few minor chips to veneer to left side of top section; interior of bottom section retaining old bluish paint; interior of top section nicely lined with later moire silk, with some staining, also interior of top previously electrified with lights for display purposes- cords cuts, and would need rewiring for functionality; replaced brass pull to drawer, but period appropriate and possibly an old replacement; some minor later supports added to back of underside- back foot
