Condition Report: sturdy and stable overall; top very even overall, with some minor water marks and light scratches commensurate with age and use; right side of top with minor grain split along edge; front right edge / corner with pink scuffing; tiny knick to right front edge of case; doors glide easily, and pandanus cloth is intact overall; minor edge wear to feet; left middle upper shelf to interior with old sticker / substance residue; a few holes drilled in the back panel for use as a radio cabinet
