Condition Report: stable and sturdy overall; doors and drawers glide easily; interior very clean overall, and the bottom of interior surface with some scratching from use; minor scuffing to feet; small knick to right facing front corner edge; tiny pink scrape on left facing side; top surface very even, with minor scuffs, scrapes, and water rings; left side of front "free edge" of top with slight surface split, which appears to be secured and smoothed over
