Condition Report: Minimal wear throughout from use over time. Wood surfaces show scattered minor scratches, a few shallow indentations, some minor areas of finish wear, several light stains, and minute chips concentrated along edges and legs. Upholstery exhibits a few minor stains. No apparent breaks to rubber webbing. Very good overall condition.
