Condition Report: There are very light and minor abrasions to the enamel on the hands from rubbing each other over time. The fours petals have light abrasions and soiling. The white lacquered caps on each petal have small pin point losses scattered along there highpoints. The mechanical component has been tested and it functions. There is a short 4" cord with an American plug on the reverse.
