George Shellbase (Connecticut 20th century) signed watercolor/crayon mixed media. Signed and dated 'Shellbase 47' in pencil middle right. Inscribed 'To my friend Abe best wishes from George' in pencil lower right. Measures 7-in. x 7.5-in. image size, 8.875-in. x 11.625-in. sheet size. Image in VG/EX condition, with two minor spots, one upper left of sheet margin, and another middle right of sheet margin. Minor folding in lower left corner of sheet. Two areas of tape residue, top corners, on verso. Unframed, loose and not mounted or glued down. If lot is absent of a condition report a condition report may be requested via email.
