TLS as president, one page, 6.75 x 8.75, White House letterhead, December 2, 2004. Letter to Jerry Glanville, president of Glanville Motorsports, in part: "Thanks so much for your kind note and your prayers. I am honored by the trust and confidence of the American people. This is a time of great challenge and opportunity, and I look forward to the work ahead." He adds a handwritten postscript: "Thanks Jerry." In very fine condition, with a very faint block toning to the center. Bush had been reelected as president one month earlier.
