Lightly curved single edged blade shows light spotting, fine double fullers, intricate floral etching with panoply of arms along both faces, leaf etched spine and squirrel hallmark stamped at ricasso. Brass three branch guard displays pleasing mellow aged patina, retaining shagreen grip wrapped with partial remaining brass wire harness. Matching steel scabbard exhibits uniform dark surface patina with minor handling marks, dual suspension rings intact and a couple dents by the tip. Full length 39.5 inches, blade length 33.5 inches.
