German MP40 9mm under folding stock sub-machine gun from WW II. The model manufacture identification is WaAA44. The stock and receiver numbers match. An orifinal leather sling is still attached to the gun. This sub-machine gun was de-activated to comply with federal machine gun laws. The ATF de-activation paper work is with the gun. The original magazine is with the gun and its value alone is $175. 1940 ww stamp with dashes.
