German Porcelain Large Gilt and Blue Parrot Statue

A vintage East German porcelain figurine sculpture. Features a parrot bird in cobalt blue and peach with gilded feather accents, perched upon a tree form red berries and octagonal bottom. Marked with an impressed U1808 and blue backstamp to underside, and retains an affixed label that reads MADE IN THE GERMAN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.

Dimensions: 16.5 X 11.5 X 6.5 in.
