1917, from the SHIZUOKA camp in Tokyo via Shizuoka, the four charters at the lover left represent REGISTERED PARCEL, the pieces of wrapping paper bear all the necessary markings except for an arrival postmark, there is a reasonable strike of the large camp seal and the censor personal seal is that of Takahashi, few such pieces have survived, the above material having no doubt been kept within Landgrafs prisoner files, the sender lieutenant captain, was formally captain of the gunboat OTTER, very interesting and rare, VF!
