German WWII K98 Bayonet

Blued blade shows field wear and oxidation spots with ricasso stamped 4809 and maker code cof for Carl Eickhorn opposite side, with scabbard serial 6035. Hilt features grooved composition Bakelite grips secured by two bolts, displaying honest patina on the pommel and functional locking button. Accompanied by a steel scabbard housed in a supreficially worn leather frog. Full length 16 inches, blade length 10 inches.
