This is a very beautiful west-european flintlock pistol from the late 18th Century. The brass parts are decorated with battle motives. It was made with prized turkish barrel, with turkish writings and golden turkish makers marks on it. Under the barrel is a turkish style fake ramourd. The end of the barrel was repaired. The woodden parts are decorated with fine baroque carving. Probably was made for a noble gift. The stand is NOT part of the item.
