Ghoum rugs are durable rugs made of high-quality wool or silk (or mixtures of these) , often with a rich shine on a cotton warp (bobbin thread) , as a rule finely knotted and with a rich shine. They are good rugs for daily use, with a high durability. This is a used rug, which has become more beautiful and richer in character due to the natural ageing process.
