Gilded copper Christ figure with champlevé enamel. Limoges. France. Romanesque. 13th Century.
Christ is alive, crucified and wearing a long lapis lazuli blue and white loincloth. His head is crowned, the eyes are made of glass. There is an imperfection on the right side of the head, between the mouth and the neck.
