Condition
Both paintings retain their original canvases and exhibit moderate edgewear. The canvas surface is visible in areas across both paintings. Under UV examination, neither painting appears to have been restored. The painting with the telephone pole exhibits a vertical surface drip approximately 2.5" long about 2" from the left edge. Both paintings varnish layers appear yellowed. The painting with the telephone pole exhibits moderate craquelure. The painting with the farther setback house appears to exhibit mild tenting of the pigment throughout the background.
