Engraving 320 x 512 mm, framed 43 x 62 cm J.A. Pfeffel Chalcography 1674-1748 He worked in Vienna with the Habsburgs and in 1723 he was recognized as the ''First Theater Engineer''. He has also lent his work to Linz, Graz, Prague, Munich. He took care of the decorations of the Vienna Opera House and later (1747) also of the decorations of the Breda Opera House (Saxony). From 1753 he was permanently in Berlin for assignments by Frederick II of Prussia known as ''The Great''. He died in Berlin in March (12) 1957.
