Notes
Lea Halpern worked in Holland until 1939. In 1939 she went to the USA for an exhibition of her work at the Holland House in Rockefeller Center. Because of the outbreak of the second World War it was impossible for her to go back to Holland again and she stayed in the USA permanently until 1976
