Bottle 83 of only 100 produced. Distilled 1967 / bottled 19973 Wonderful Metal box and certifikate of strong limited edition This was distilled in 1967 and was bottled in 1997. The release is titled, The Middle Cut. During distillation all spirit comes through the spirit safe, this is cut into three, the head, the heart and the tail. The head and the tail are essentially unusable "the middle cut" is what goes on to become whisky.
