of oval, scalloped form centering on a round brilliant cut diamond (2.75 mm) weighing approximately .08 carat (J color, I2 clarity) within a starburst motif on blue enamel ground, the border with scrollwork and set with seed pearls, completed with a single locking pin stem and open bail for pendant wear, stamped 14K.
