British or Continental, surround likely 16th century, door 19th century, heavy oak surround with arched and molded interior, leaf carved upper corners, fitted with a six paneled oak conforming door with wrought iron hardware, one side with carved linenfold panels, 82 x 43-1/4 x 4 in., door 75-1/4 x 28-1/2 x 1-3/4 in. - Provenance: Estate of Paul W.
