Powerful Voodoo cult protection stake from Ghana. It seems animated, crossed by a powerful and supernatural force, that of spirits. The face is strong, full of emotions. The body is reduced to a simple bust without arms or legs, only the neck and the head emerge from this fetish. The wear and tear of time accentuates the strength of this object, the gullied, damaged wood, having suffered the ravages of time, magnifies this object. Still in action a short time ago, it proves its strength and efficiency. Lack and accidents, sold as is. This is a beautiful, ancient and authentic piece of Voodoo worship. Circa 1950.
