Exceptionally rare poster that has only surfaced a couple of times.. . This drama was directed by George Fitzmaurice, and is broadly based on the life of Mata Hari, a Dutch exotic dancer and courtesan, who was executed for being a German spy during World War I. This was the most successful role for Greta Garbo who plays the title role.. . Excellent condition, colours remaining very bright, very minor restoration to folds.. . Material of piece: Paper, backed on linen. (Estimate £2400 - £3500)
