Black cloth, stamped in silver, over cream paper-covered boards with holographic Brillo cover label (mounting glue dried out in places). Profusely illustrated. All ten multiples present, intact, and functional except where noted below. An almost near-fine copy. Multiples include:
1. Pop-up castle
2. Accordion noisemaker (now silent)
3. Bi-plane
4. Chelsea Girls circular ad on spring
5. Geodesic paper "balloon" on string, rubber band inside balloon present and intact
6. Lou Reed record (still attached)
7. Rainbow nose fold-out
8. Hunt's Tomato Paste pop-up (leaf to which attached now loose, original glue in binding dried out)
9. Andy Warhol perforated tabs (all eight present)
10. Balloon present but stuck between pages where usually found.
