1840 2d Pale blue Pl.1 (AC). Used four margin example cancelled by a sole Inspectors Mark â Starâ handstamp. With obvious signs of cleaning possibly due to the washing off of a faint red MC and fraudulent postal re-use which would explain the inspectors star.
