Mainly used collection on album pages, Inland Revenue examples (20) includes 1882-1901 2½d. lilac, 1/- dull green, 5/- rose (2), 10/- ultramarine, issues of 1887-92 up to £1 green, 1887 and 1900 issues to 1/-, also £1 brown overprinted "specimen, 1902-04 up to 1/- (except 6d.), O.W officials (10) complete, army officials (10) include 1896-01 6d. unused and 1902-03 6d. unused, Government Parcels (18) including 1/- orange (2), Board of Education (5) comprises 1902 5d. and 1902-04 up to 5d., Royal Household 1902 ½d. and 1d., Admiralty (18) includes 1903-04 up to 3d. unused, generally fine though a few usual faults, a valuable lot with high catalogue value.
