1691 (15 June) warrant headed "By the Principle Officers and Commanders of their Majesty's Navy" to the officers of the yard at Portsmouth instructing them to send "an account: what goods are remaining un served into store, by whom and upon what contracts", enabling the Navy to keep track of "the state of the stores in their Majesty's severall yards". Signed "R: Haddock". Some excess inking to bottom of page though not affecting the signature.
