1925 British Empire Exhibition 1½d block of fifteen (rows 1-3, margins on three sides) affixed to a piece of notepaper with embossed royal arms at top, tied by two "BRITISH EMPIRE EXHIBITION / WEMBLEY" datestamps (May 9), with the typed message "I certify that the attached sheet of 1½d stamps were the first of that value sold at the British Empire Exhibition 1925", signed by the Postmaster F.
