**First Time At Auction**

Ancient Greece, 5th to 4th century BCE. A splendid blackware ceramic kothon or plemochoe (known as exaleiptron in Ancient Greece) with a compressed circular body and generously inverted lip resting atop a tiered bulbous foot.
