Greek Gold Diadem Pair

5th-3rd century BC. A pair of flat-section sheet-gold diadem elements comprising: a pediment-shaped element with pierced, rounded ends and expanded central section, repoussé pellets around the perimeter, scrolled vines in the field, central winged figure; a smaller rectangular element, likely a diadem strap with pierced, rounded ends. Cf.
