An amphora-shaped pendant composed of two oblate carnelian beads, sheet-gold collar above flanked by openwork handles modelled as leaping dolphins, loop between and free-running suspension ring above, a gold granulated bead below. 3.13 grams, 32mm high (1 1/4"). Collection of a deceased Japanese collector, 1970-2015.
