Greece, Thrace, Chersonesos, ca. 386 to 338 BCE. A silver diobol. Obverse: protome of lion facing right, head turned to the left. Reverse: a four-field quadratum incusum, in two of the fields an ear of grain and a dot. Very Fine. Compare to Weber 2429 and Mc Clean 4101. Size: 0.45" Diameter (1.1 cm); silver quality: 94.14%; weight: 2.4 grams
