Greek ceramic figure of a banqueter, 6th Century BC

A lovely Greek ceramic figure of a banqueter, 6th Century BC, depicting a male, perhaps Dionysos, reclining on a couch, his face nicely detailed and his hair in locks descending to his shoulders. H: 7 in (17.8 cm); W: 6 in (15.2 cm). Surface mineralization throughout. The piece is nicely kept within a custom antique box. Cf.
