Vintage cocktail ring in 9k rose gold and silver structure, mounted with a big intense green amethyst in the centre, surrounded by spots of garnets and decorations in silver studded with diamonds.
The origin of this ring dates probably back to the 1980s, it was totally handmade by Italian master goldsmiths and it is in perfect condition.
