Desk features pen and ink holders with a leather-covered lift-up top concealing storage above two drawers, a sliding glass tray and two compartments. Sold with original Lunning Collection hanging tag.
Condition: Desk is in overall very good vintage condition. Minor wear throughout consistent with age and well-maintained use, including light impressions to the leather, and scratches and scuffs to the wood surfaces. Scattered areas of filled grain separations and touch-ups. Attenuation to the exterior wood surfaces. 3-inch dark stain to upper right corner of the interior top. One rear leg with white accretions near the bottom. Desk with a slight wobble. Presents well overall. Sold with plastic pen holder insert. Please note this work may require the buyer to obtain a CITES permit to export out of the United States. Due to increased scrutiny regarding the issuance of CITES certificates, Rago/Wright/LAMA cannot guarantee an export permit will be granted.
