Group of 2 Jade Carvings, 18th Century or Earlier

A set of 2 carved jade qin stone mirrors with wooden stands dating from the 18th century or earlier. The smaller is carved with a mythical beast, the larger is carved with a landscape scene with bats.

Dimensions of the larger qin: 4 1/4 inches tall X 8 inches wide; 10.8 cm tall X 20.3 cm wide. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The larger qin has 2 areas of possible chipping; natural seams and inclusions in the stones.
