Group of 4 Chinese 14K Brooches
A group of four Chinese 14K gold brooches inlaid with precious stones. The stones include rubies, sapphire, and turquoise. The brooches depict a cat, a parrot, and two cranes.
Dimensions are: the largest brooch of the parrot measures 3 1/4 inches tall X 2 inches wide, 8.3 cm X 5.1 cm. Weight: 59.1 grams. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: They are in overall good condition.
Provenance: From Mrs. Hillebrand in Chicago, Illinois. Her father-in-law purchased these items in China and Hong Kong between 1935 and 1970. This lot is part of Mrs. Hillebrand's sixth consignment with Oakridge Auction Gallery.
