Ancient Near East, The Levant, Syro-Hittite culture, ca. 2nd millennium BCE; Ancient Greece, Cyprus, Iron Age, Cypro-Archaic Period I, Cypriot culture, ca. 750 to 600 BCE; Ancient Eastern Mediterranean / Western Anatolia, Phoenicia, ca. 6th to 2nd century BCE. A set of 5 ancient pottery votive heads. Included is a Syro-Hittite redware head with large eyes; 2 nicely-modeled Cypriot heads with conical caps; and a pair of Cypro-Phoenician heads with either conical or tab-shaped headdress. Size of largest: 1.125" W x 2.8" H (2.9 cm x 7.1 cm); 4.875" H (12.4 cm) on included custom stand.

Condition Report: Each is a fragment of a larger figure as shown and are drilled through the bottoms for mounting and display purposes. Each with light earthen deposits, softening to finer details, and small chips, otherwise in nice condition.
