Comprising "La Fontaine (The Fountain)", engraved by Charles-Jean-Louis Courtry after an original painting by Jean-Jacques Henner; "The Magdalen" after Jean-Jacques Henner, etched by A. Didier; and "Mercury Argiphontes" after Gustave Popelin, etched by Paul Le Rat, captioned (L'Eau-Forte. Plate XLV.). Accompanied by the corresponding letterpress text leaves, each with a smaller etched headpiece vignette, rubricated initial and red marginal title.
