Condition Report:
Overall in very good condition. The silver presents with faint surface scratches and light scuffing consistent with age and gentle use. The silver presents with light surface soiling and minimal tarnish, particularly concentrated to the interiors which may be carefully polished at the buyer’s discretion. Two cases with gilt interiors that present with areas of discoloration and fading to the gilding, not visually distracting. One case presents with a small dimple to one corner of the silver, measuring approximately ½ in. long, only visible upon close inspection. One case with five sapphire cabochons in well-preserved condition.
