Condition: Overall good vintage condition with moderate age-related wear. Surfaces exhibit scratches, scuffs, tarnish, and areas of plate wear consistent with use and age. Coffee service pieces show light surface wear and tarnishing. Swan-form dish displays noticeable wear and oxidation to the interior. Gravy boat has surface scratches and finish wear. Decorative accessories show minor handling wear. No major structural damage observed. Buyers are encouraged to review all photographs carefully for the most accurate assessment of condition.

Any fully paid item remaining uncollected for more than three (3) months will be considered abandoned property and may be disposed of at the discretion of Coral Gables Auction.
