Grover Cleveland Document Signed

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 19.25 x 12.5, July 7, 1888. President Cleveland appoints Thomas K. Wallace "to be a Notary Public for the District of Columbia." Neatly signed at the conclusion by President Cleveland and countersigned by Secretary of State Thomas F. Bayard. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with intersecting folds, and light toning to the right edge.
