款識：王元照太守鑑沉雄古逸，皴染兼長，其臨摹董巨尤爲精詣，工細之作仍能纖不傷雅，綽有餘妍，雖青綠重色而一種書卷之氣盎然紙墨間，洵為後學津梁。
光緒甲申春正，倣奉慎菴大兄宗臺先生雅鑒，若波弟澐。
鈐印：「云壺臨古」。

Condition Report:
-Generally in good condition with creases and light stain, consistent with age and can be alleviated by restoration.
