17th century print by Baroque Italian engraver Giovanni Battista Pasqualini (Italian, 1595 - 1631), After a painting by Giovanni Francesco Barbieri, known as Guercino (Italian, 1591 - 1666). Entitled "Maior autem horum est CHARITAS" ("And the Greatest of these is Love"). Dated 1622. Printed in Rome. Condition is good, with some darkening and some iron oxidation on paper. Matted, held down at top. Unframed. About 13 1/4" by 17" (print), 19" by 23" (matting).
