The Buyer’s Premium is calculated for each lot as 51.25% of the Hammer Price up to a value of €30,000, plus 45.2% of the Hammer Price between €30,001 and €1,200,000, plus 35.52% of any amount in excess of €1,200,000. The Buyer must furnish Christie’s with all relevant information concerning his V.A.T. position. The Buyer warrants this information to be correct.
