Shows well in natural light. Has been examined under UV light: varnish appears murky, masking possible restoration. Varnish appears to be deteriorating (glossier in some parts than others). Craquelure throughout but surface appears stable. Scratch to pigment surface in left quadrant just above center (measures 3/4 inches). Frame: 18 3/4 x 16 3/4 inches.
